## **What should I do before first use?**

Fully charge your BLENDi before using it. Charging takes 3–5 hours or until the display reads **FL**.

## **Why won’t my BLENDi turn on after charging?**

Check these common issues:

- Tighten the cup body onto the blending base
- Cut fruit and vegetables into smaller pieces
- Add a little liquid
- If blades are stuck, shake the container and turn it on again

## **What does EL mean?**

The **EL** message usually means the container is too full, the motor is stuck, or the unit needs more charge.

## **Why does my BLENDi shut off after a few seconds?**

The default blend time is 20 seconds. It may stop early if the bottle is empty or ingredients are too light. Turn it on again if you need more time.

## **Can I blend ice?**

Yes. Use **1–2 ice cubes** at a time. Multiple cycles may be needed for solid ice.

## **Can I use BLENDi while charging?**

No. To protect the battery, BLENDi will not operate while plugged in.

## **Do I need to slice fruit before blending?**

Yes. Cut apples and other large fruits into **small pieces** before blending.

## **Why is my BLENDi leaking?**

First check the rubber seal to make sure it’s seated correctly. If the blender went through the dishwasher, parts can warp. You can order replacements here:

## **How loud is BLENDi?**

It’s quiet enough to use in a kitchen or office break room without disturbing others.

## **How long do I press the power button?**

Just press it once — it stays on by itself. No need to hold the button down.

## **Can I make iced coffee?**

Yes. BLENDi can crush ice and mix cold brew, coffee, milk, and other liquids easily.

## **Why does it only blend for 5–6 seconds?**

BLENDi stops early if ingredients are too light or too heavy. Overfilling can trigger an **ER** message. Blend again in shorter bursts.

## **What is the capacity?**

Total capacity is **17.5 oz**.

## **Why is there black residue after washing?**

That’s likely residue or mold buildup. Wash thoroughly with soap and air dry upside down. Do not store the cup wet.

## **How many blends per charge?**

You’ll get about **10–15 blends per full charge** (each cycle is 20 seconds).

## **Will it fit in a car cup holder?**

Yes. BLENDi fits standard vehicle cup holders.

## **Does it come with a charging cable?**

Yes, it includes a USB charging cable. A wall adapter is not included.

## **Is the blade removable?**

No. The blade is fixed for safety.

## **Can I blend milk, yogurt, or other liquids?**

Yes. You can use milk, almond milk, yogurt, juice, or water.

## **How long does the blender last?**

We use premium materials and components. Many customers use their BLENDi for years.

## **Can I shake BLENDi while blending?**

Yes. A slight tilt or shake helps blend thicker ingredients.

## **Can I blend leafy greens like kale or spinach?**

Yes. Add liquid first and break up greens for better results.

## **How do I know it’s fully charged?**

The display will read **FL** when charging is complete.
